Kyiv, Feb. 4 (LaPresse) – Russian forces struck Kharkiv for the second consecutive night, launching two missile attacks. Kharkiv authorities, cited by Ukrainska Pravda, reported that the Russians carried out two missile strikes, one on the outskirts closest to Kharkiv and the other in the Saltivskyi district of the city.
