Jerusalem, Feb. 4 (LaPresse) – At least nine Palestinians have been killed following Israeli raids on the Gaza Strip after a reserve IDF officer was wounded by an armed group. Al Jazeera reports, citing Palestinian medical sources. Six people, including two children, were killed following artillery shelling in the Al-Zaytoun and Al-Tuffah neighborhoods, east of Gaza City. Three others died in an Israeli airstrike this morning on tents of displaced people near Khan Younis. Among the deceased in this case as well is a child.
