An Italian-style ceremony, with Italian messages and, above all, that sense of pride that we wanted.” These were the words of Giovanni Malagò, president of the Milano Cortina Foundation, who had just arrived at the Stelvio Ski Centre to watch the men’s downhill, which will award the first medal of the Milano Cortina Games.
