Milan, 7 February (LaPresse) – After declaring the Milan-Cortina Games open, the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, will continue his commitment and will be in Cortina on Wednesday and Thursday to watch some of the competitions at the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. On Thursday, the Head of State will also visit the Olympic Village where, welcomed by CONI President Luciano Buonfiglio and Secretary General Carlo Mornati, he will have lunch with the Italian athletes. At the end of his visit, before concluding his stay in the Ampezzo municipality, Mattarella will visit Casa Italia.
