ATP Finals, Mediaset acquires free-to-air TV rights from 2026

Rome, Feb. 10 (LaPresse) – Mediaset has reached an agreement to acquire the free-to-air television rights of the Nitto ATP Finals tennis tournament for the next multi-year cycle, starting in 2026, further expanding its offer of major free-to-air sports. Mediaset announced this in a statement. The agreement will bring to the Group’s networks and platforms a selection of eight of the best matches from one of the most-followed events on the international tennis calendar, featuring the top players in the world rankings. This year’s Nitto ATP Finals will take place from November 15 to 22 at the Inalpi Arena in Turin. Last year’s edition was won by Jannik Sinner, who defeated Carlos Alcaraz in the final. “With this agreement, Mediaset once again offers Italian viewers a major sporting event of great prestige free of charge,” the statement reads.
