Epstein case, King Charles on Andrea’s arrest: “The law must take its course”

London (United Kingdom), 19 February (LaPresse/AP) – King Charles III, following the arrest of his brother Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly Prince Andrew, said that the law must take its course in the investigation. Mountbatten-Windsor, who was stripped of his royal titles due to his ties to Jeffrey Epstein, was arrested today on charges of misconduct in public office. In his statement, the sovereign reiterated that he will cooperate with the investigation into the former prince. ‘While this process continues, it would be inappropriate for me to comment further on the matter,’ the monarch added.
