Epstein case, Maxwell family: ‘Surprised by Andrea’s arrest, right to a fair trial’

Milan, 20 February (LaPresse) – ‘We are surprised to see Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor arrested for alleged misconduct in public office related to material from the so-called “Epstein Files”.’ This is what we read in a post on social media managed by the siblings of Ghislaine Maxwell, who is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for complicity in Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking. Former Prince Andrew ‘is entitled to the presumption of innocence and a fair trial, which our sister Ghislaine never received,’ the post continues, ‘we need transparency, evidence and equal rules for all, not media trials and opportunism.’ The Guardian reports.
