The goals came in the second half from Mkhitaryan in the 75th minute and Akanji in the 82nd minute. The Nerazzurri remain top of the table with 64 points, ten more than Milan, who host Parma on Sunday at 6pm. Lecce remain on 24 points, three ahead of Fiorentina, who are third from bottom.
