Tajani: ‘200 students stranded in Dubai on their way to Milan’

Milan, 3 March (LaPresse) – Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani has announced that around 200 students who were attending a course in Dubai are leaving Abu Dhabi. They will be transferred by plane to Linate. The flight will also carry a number of Italian citizens with particular health conditions. Other buses are available for transfer from the Emirates to Oman, and other charter flights provided by Oman Air are being organised at this time for passengers bound for Italy. Meanwhile, in Muscat, the first group of officials to reinforce the diplomatic offices has been operational since 4.30 a.m. Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, in agreement with Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, has asked the Foreign Ministry to set up a support unit of diplomats, carabinieri and finance police.
