At the same time, Trump believes that ‘Putin is ready to reach an agreement,’ he said. When pressed on what Zelensky’s obstacle to a peace agreement is, Trump did not want to provide details, but argued that the Ukrainian leader is not showing sufficient willingness to negotiate. ‘It is unthinkable that he is the obstacle,’ he said, ‘he does not have the cards.
