Iran: media reports dozens of Pasdaran fleeing Lebanon

Rome, 6 March (LaPresse) – Several dozen officers from the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps are reported to have fled Beirut in the last 48 hours for fear of being targeted. Axios reports this, citing Israeli officials. The Iranian officers, it is explained, were mostly members of the elite Quds force, who worked as military advisers to Hezbollah and had considerable influence over the group’s operations.
