Iran, China: “No to attacks against Gulf countries, return to dialogue”

Beijing, Mar 11 (LaPresse) – Beijing “does not agree with attacks against countries in the Gulf region and condemns indiscriminate attacks on civilians or non-military targets,” said Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun during a briefing. “The priority now is to immediately halt military operations and prevent the conflict from expanding,” he explained. “Exiting the conflict requires a return to dialogue and negotiation as soon as possible, along with efforts to restore peace,” the spokesperson added.
