Zelensky: ‘Russia is helping Tehran and could send troops’

Turin, 11 March (LaPresse) – In support of Iran, ‘Russia started with weapons, then moved on to drones, and will certainly help with missiles. It is 100% helping with air defence now.’ This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in an interview with Irish blogger Caolan Robertson, reported by the media in Kiev. Zelensky also added that, in this scenario, the question is which country will be the first to support the deployment of troops. As happened in the war against Ukraine, “North Korea sent 10,000 soldiers to Russia, but they can be sent to Ukraine. So the same can happen with Iran. Russia can send troops,” he explained.
