Iran, media: “US used ‘bunker buster’ bombs against Natanz nuclear site”

Frankfurt (Germany), March 21 (LaPresse) – Today’s attack on the Natanz enrichment facility in Iran was carried out by the United States using so-called ‘bunker buster’ bombs. This was reported by the public broadcaster Kan, as cited by Times of Israel. In June 2025, during the 12-day war between Israel and Iran, the United States dropped more than a dozen GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator bombs on the underground nuclear facilities at Fordo and Natanz. Kan’s information follows previous reports from Iranian media claiming that Natanz was hit by a joint US-Israeli attack.
