Naples, 22 March (LaPresse) – Turnout at 12 noon today, Sunday 22 March, for the constitutional referendum on justice reform stands at over 14%. With figures still pending from around 20,000 of the total 61,533 polling stations, the figure currently stands at 14.64%.
