Naples, 22 March (LaPresse) – Turnout exceeded 38% at 7 pm today, Sunday 22 March, in the constitutional referendum on justice reform. With figures still to come from just over 20,000 of the 61,533 polling stations, turnout at 7 pm stood at 38.34%.
