Naples: two 16-year-olds stabbed by a peer, hunt for the attacker

Naples, 30 Mar. (LaPresse) – Two 16-year-olds were stabbed by a peer late yesterday evening in Marano, in the province of Naples. According to the reconstruction by the Carabinieri at the Marano station, the attack took place in Via Falcone, near the fairground rides. One of the boys was stabbed at least six times and was taken to the A&E department at Pozzuoli Hospital, whilst the other was stabbed three times and was taken to the A&E department at Giugliano in Campania Hospital. The attacker, believed to be of a similar age, fled shortly before the Carabinieri arrived. The Carabinieri have launched an investigation to establish the exact sequence of events and track down the young man.
