Rome, 30 March (LaPresse) – ‘For me, it will be a different match from the others; Italy is my second home, I feel a strong connection to it. We’re used to playing in Zenica; it’s small and reminds me of Italian stadiums.’ So said Edin Dzeko, Bosnia striker and former Roma, Inter and Fiorentina player, to Sky Sport on the eve of the World Cup play-off final against Italy. “We want to win. Italy knows exactly who they’re playing against and will be prepared. I want us to play to the best of our ability. My country’s affection for me? It means I’ve given something back. I’ve always said it’s an honour for me to play for the national team, and as long as I can make a contribution and as long as the manager wants me, I’ll always be here,” added the striker.
