Space, an Italian astronaut will walk on the Moon

Rome, 31 March. (LaPresse) – Italy strengthens its role in the new race to the Moon. In Washington, the Minister of Business and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, signed a Statement of Intent with the administrator of NASA, Jared Isaacman, for cooperation on the lunar surface. Also present was the president of the Italian Space Agency, Teodoro Valente. The agreement foresees a historic milestone: an Italian astronaut will walk on the Moon. The collaboration between NASA and ASI is further strengthened and will lead to the creation of a lunar base camp. The Italian MPH housing module will in fact become part of the Artemis program.
