Moscow, Apr. 1 (LaPresse) – The pause in negotiations between Russia and Ukraine “is due to the fact that the American negotiators are currently occupied with other matters, concerned about the situation in the Middle East, and for obvious reasons cannot now be actively involved in the trilateral negotiation process on Ukrainian affairs.” This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, cited by Interfax.
