Rome, 8 April (LaPresse) – US Vice-President JD Vance has described Volodymyr Zelensky’s comments against Viktor Orbán as “scandalous”, following Budapest’s refusal to approve the EU loan for Ukraine. “You should never have a foreign head of government or head of state threatening the leader of an allied country. It is unacceptable,” he added, speaking at the Mathias Corvinus Collegium in Budapest.
