ATP Monte Carlo: Sinner reaches the semi-finals, Auger-Aliassime knocked out in two sets

Rome, 10 April (LaPresse) – Jannik Sinner has reached the semi-finals of the Monte Carlo Masters 1000, the first clay-court tournament of the season. The Italian defeated Canada’s Felix Auger-Aliassime in straight sets, 6-3, 6-4, in one hour and 32 minutes. For a place in the final, Sinner, playing in his fourth semi-final in the Principality (having lost in 2023 and 2024), will face Germany’s Alexander Zverev.
