Chieti: 20-year-old found dead in a garage in Vasto; murder suspected

L’Aquila, Apr. (LaPresse) – The body of a 20-year-old man, the son of a former council employee, has been found in a garage in a block of flats on the Histoniense ring road in Vasto (Chieti), on the stretch between the Sant’Onofrio roundabout and the petrol station, right in the town centre. The public prosecutor at Vasto Magistrates’ Court, Silvia di Nunzio, is investigating. According to investigative sources, it may be a case of murder. The young man’s body reportedly shows stab wounds. The Carabinieri, local police officers and paramedics from the 118 emergency service attended the scene. Initial investigations are underway.
