Iran, Trump: ‘I don’t want to rush things; I want a great deal’

Washington (USA), 23 April (LaPresse) – “I don’t want to rush things; I want to take the time it takes.” Donald Trump said this regarding the timeline for the conflict and negotiations with Iran. “We have plenty of time, and I want to secure a great deal, one in which our country and the world are safe from madmen with nuclear weapons,” the president added whilst speaking to journalists in the Oval Office. The White House chief then replied with a flat ‘no’ to a journalist who asked him if he was ready to use nuclear weapons against Iran. ‘No, why would I do that? What a stupid question,’ the president retorted. ‘No, I wouldn’t use them. No one should be allowed to use them,’ he stated.
