Rome, Apr 25 (LaPresse) – President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella arrived at the Altare della Patria for the laying of a laurel wreath on the occasion of the 81st Anniversary of Liberation Day. Also present were Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Defence Minister Guido Crosetto, Chief of Defence Staff Luciano Portolano, Presidents of the Chamber and Senate Lorenzo Fontana and Ignazio La Russa, President of the Constitutional Court Giovanni Amoroso, Mayor of Rome Roberto Gualtieri and President of the Lazio Region Francesco Rocca. After the honours and the national anthem and the laying of the wreath, there will be a flyover by the Frecce Tricolori.
