Catania: man killed and wrapped in plastic bags; three arrested

Palermo, 28 April (LaPresse) – Three people have been arrested in connection with the murder of Giuseppe Florio, a 66-year-old man from Giardini Naxos in the province of Messina who was found dead, wrapped in a plastic bag. The public prosecutors’ offices in Messina and Catania have issued warrants against a couple – a 50-year-old woman and a 39-year-old man – and a friend of theirs from Sesto San Giovanni. The couple are suspected of murder and disposing of a body, whilst the friend is charged only with disposing of a body.
