Milan, 3 May (LaPresse) – In a telephone conversation yesterday with Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi expressed ‘regret at the unconstructive and irresponsible approach of certain European countries in repeating unfounded accusations regarding the Iranian nuclear issue’ and ‘reiterated that Iran’s nuclear programme is exclusively peaceful’, adding that “these countries, instead of insisting on such an approach, should openly condemn the military aggression” by the US and Israel “against Iran, and hold them to account for serious violations of international humanitarian law”.
