Vatican: Rubio arrives at the Holy See for a meeting with Pope Leo XIV

Vatican City (Vatican), 7 May (LaPresse) – Marco Rubio has arrived at the Vatican to meet Pope Leo XIV. The motorcade escorting the US Secretary of State entered the territory of the Holy See via Via della Conciliazione and through the Arco delle Campane. After entering Vatican territory, Rubio arrived in the Courtyard of San Damaso, where he was welcomed by the Prefect of the Papal Household, Monsignor Petar Rajic, and the Vicar General, Father Edward Daniang Daleng. The face-to-face meeting with the Pontiff is due to begin shortly.
