Rome, 19 May (LaPresse) – During the preliminary hearing held at Modena prison, the Modena Public Prosecutor’s Office did not charge Salim El Koudri, the 31-year-old man who ploughed into a crowd in the city centre on Saturday, injuring eight people, with the aggravating circumstances of terrorism or racial hatred, nor with premeditation. The charges of mass murder and grievous bodily harm remain.
