London (United Kingdom), 22 May (LaPresse/AP) – UK police are investigating Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor over suspected sexual offences. Thames Valley Police said they had been in contact with the lawyers of a woman who claims she was taken to Windsor in 2010 for sexual purposes. “Should she decide to report the matter to the police, the matter will be taken seriously and handled with care, sensitivity and respect for her privacy,” the police said in a statement. Solicitor Brad Edwards told the BBC in January that he was representing a woman who had sexual intercourse with the former prince at his Windsor residence in 2010, after being trafficked by the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Andrew has repeatedly denied the allegations made against him.
