Rome, May 23 (LaPresse) – Paolo Maldini is reportedly ready to take on a leadership role in Fenerbahçe ahead of the June 6-7 elections. According to Turkish sources, Hakan Safi, the yellow-blue club’s presidential candidate, met with Maldini to discuss a possible international sporting project, although nothing official has yet been released.
Turkish football officials are confident: “Maldini will be offered a ready offer for Fenerbahce management.”
