Milan, 28 May (LaPresse/AP) – Matthew Perry’s personal assistant has been sentenced to three years and five months in prison for his role in the ‘Friends’ star’s death by overdose. Kenneth Iwamasa, 60, received his sentence on Wednesday at a federal court in Los Angeles. Iwamasa was by Perry’s side during the final days of his life in 2023. He injected him with the lethal dose of ketamine and found him dead in his hot tub. He would later become the prosecution’s key witness. Iwamasa was the last of five defendants to plead guilty in connection with Perry’s death, which occurred at the age of 54.
