Milan, June 4 (LaPresse) – The family of Pamela Genini — her mother, brother and sister, and biological father — will join as civil parties in the trial for aggravated voluntary murder with premeditation, stalking, futile motives, cruelty and an emotional relationship, against Gianluca Soncin over the death of the 29-year-old woman on October 14, 2025 in Milan, who was killed with 76 stab wounds. This was decided by the Milan Court of Assizes, which rejected the request for civil-party status filed by the former friend with whom the victim allegedly had a parallel relationship, Francesco Dolci, currently under investigation in Bergamo for desecration of a corpse and theft of the head after the grave was desecrated, as well as that of the associations ‘Per Marta e per tutte’ and ‘Scuola di Atene’. Regarding Dolci, presiding judge Antonella Bertoja said that “the existence of a sentimental relationship of a few months (from May to October 2025), not characterized by stable and continuous cohabitation and affected by a parallel romantic relationship,” is not sufficient to be recognized as a victim of the crime. The court scheduled the next hearing for July 13, when the evidentiary phase may begin. In court this morning, prosecutor Alessia Menegazzo and deputy prosecutor Letizia Mannella presented the list of evidence they intend to bring to trial: examination of witnesses and defendants, medical reports, police records, surveillance footage, and search warrants against Soncin, including in Cervia.
