The match ended 105-104 to the visitors thanks to a free throw scored by Jalen Brunson with 9.5 seconds remaining, whilst the home side’s star, Frenchman Victor Wembanyama, missed the winning shot. For New York, Karl-Anthony Towns finished with 21 points and 13 rebounds, whilst Jalen Brunson and Mikal Bridges each scored 20. This marks the Knicks’ 13th consecutive victory, the second-longest winning streak ever recorded by a team in NBA playoff history.
