Naples, June 6 (LaPresse) – “If it turns out to be true, as reported by some media outlets, that in Modena primary and nursery school children took part in a meeting attended by a person described by the press as being under investigation for offences under Article 270-bis of the Criminal Code (which punishes anyone who promotes, establishes, leads or finances associations with terrorist purposes or aimed at subverting the democratic order), it would be a serious matter. I have asked the competent offices to provide as soon as possible the results of the inspection already launched, also regarding the content and methods of the meeting itself. If anyone still thinks they can turn schools into a place of indoctrination and propaganda, they are wrong. This ministry will not allow it.” This was stated by Education and Merit Minister Giuseppe Valditara.
