The case file opened at Piazzale Clodio concerns the boarding of the ship by the Israeli authorities and the derisive remarks made by the minister to the activists detained in the port of Ashdod, who were made to kneel with their hands tied behind their backs after being taken to a port hangar. Italian citizens are also among those involved.
