Milan, 14 June (LaPresse) – The Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) have stated that they killed Ali Musa Daqduq, a senior Hezbollah commander accused of playing a central role in attacks and military operations against Israel and its forces, during a raid launched today on Beirut. The Israeli Defence Forces stated that Daqduq had held five high-ranking positions within Hezbollah. According to the Israeli army, Daqduq orchestrated the kidnapping and killing of five American soldiers in 2007.
