Milan, 15 June (LaPresse) – ATM has announced that it has already filed a complaint with the Milan local police regarding the misuse of on-board CCTV footage by certain employees in connection with the sexist chat scandal. At the same time, the company will also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority. In a statement, ATM “strongly reaffirms its determination to combat all forms of discrimination or harmful behaviour, with absolute respect for customers and in defence of the thousands of upstanding employees who represent the company, and also confirms that it will take all necessary measures without hesitation”.
