Deir al-Balah (Gaza Strip), 20 June (LaPresse/AP) – Two children were killed in an Israeli attack which struck a flat in Gaza City at around 2 am last night, according to Palestinian health officials. The death toll is expected to rise as the rubble is cleared. No immediate information was provided on the number of injured. At the scene of the attack, an Associated Press journalist saw scattered rubble and bloodstained pieces of concrete. The bodies of the two sisters, Zina, aged 4, and Lana, aged 14, were taken to the mortuary at Shifa Hospital, where they lay wrapped in white hospital bags, surrounded by family members.
