Milan, 21 June (LaPresse) – Italy’s men’s team foil side have won the gold medal at the European Championships currently taking place in Antony, France. Giulio Martini, Tommaso Marini, Guillaume Bianchi and Filippo Macchi defeated the host nation’s team by a clear margin of 45–22. Italy has thus also topped the tournament’s overall medal table, with four golds, one silver and two bronzes.
