On the hypothesis of Roberto Mancini as coach, the former CONI president said: “I have not spoken with Roberto and there are no vetoes for anyone.” Malagò also spoke about the new technical director: “I would like a former footballer, but I have not spoken with anyone about specific roles. I am in touch with Maldini, I met Del Piero, I hugged Baggio and I spoke with Buffon, but nothing is decided.”
