Milan, June 24 (LaPresse) – Gabriele P., the 18-year-old accused of aggravated multiple vehicular homicide in connection with the crash that occurred at dawn on Sunday in Senago, in which three of his friends aged 17 and 18 lost their lives, has been placed under house arrest. The decision was made by Milan investigating judge Maria Beatrice Parati, who rejected the request for pre-trial detention in prison submitted by prosecutor Rosario Ferracane. The young man, assisted by lawyer Martina Isella, was questioned this morning in his cell at San Vittore Prison and apologized to the victims’ families for the tragedy.
