Rome, June 24 (LaPresse) – No signatures are required for political parties or groups that are part of a parliamentary group in one of the two Houses “as of 31 December 2025.” This is the reformulation proposed by the rapporteurs to the amendments submitted to the electoral law regarding the signatures required for the presentation of electoral lists. The new text, in effect, excludes Futuro Nazionale, which was formed in 2026, from the exemption. Meanwhile, Azione, AVS and Noi Moderati are saved, as they have a group in at least one of the two Houses. Più Europa, which only has a “component” and not a parliamentary group in the Chamber, is currently required to collect signatures.
