Turin, 26 June (LaPresse) – The draw for the men’s singles at Wimbledon, the third Grand Slam of the season which gets underway on Monday 29 June, has been made. Defending champion Jannik Sinner will face Serbian Miomir Kecmanovic in his opening match; he could face Peruvian Ignacio Buse in the third round, Casper Ruud or Luciano Darderi in the round of 16, and Daniil Medvedev in a potential quarter-final. Felix Auger-Aliassime and Novak Djokovic are also in his half of the draw. Luciano Darderi, seeded 14th, will make his debut against Ethan Quinn. All the other Italian players in the main draw are in the bottom half. Matteo Berrettini’s first-round tie stands out, as he is set to face Stan Wawrinka.
