Search continues for Minister Roccella’s husband in Lake Vico

Naples, 29 June (LaPresse) – The search continues in Lake Vico, in the province of Viterbo, for Luigi Cavallari, the 84-year-old engineer and husband of the Minister for the Family, Eugenia Roccella, who has been missing since Saturday 27 June. “The search continued throughout the night and is now being carried out by various teams, who are taking turns to carry out new operations,” explained Andrea Caputo, deputy prefect of Viterbo, who was at the scene. “We have high hopes for the search operations in the early hours of the day,” he added, “because the lake’s waters are calm and there are fewer currents. Visibility at depth doesn’t change much, but it certainly makes the operation much easier for the search teams.”
