Kyiv, July 2 (LaPresse) – Ukrainian Defense Forces have struck the Lukoil refinery in Kstovo, a city in Russia’s Nizhny Novgorod region. This was reported by RBC Ukraine, citing Kyiv’s armed forces. Following the attack on the refinery, damage to the facility was recorded, followed by a fire inside the industrial complex. The Lukoil refinery in question is one of the largest oil refining plants in Russia, with a production capacity of around 17 million tons of oil per year.
