This was reported by the head of Kyiv’s city administration, Tymur Tkachenko. Over 90 other people were injured, according to Kyiv’s mayor, Vitali Klitschko. Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha described the past night as a “night of horror”. Russia claimed the attack was in retaliation for Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil facilities.
