According to the singer’s spokesperson, the donations have been distributed amongst 20 local and national charities. Nine of the selected organisations are based in New York, including the Food Bank for NYC, City Harvest and Musical Mentors, a non-profit organisation that connects music teachers with students in need. The exact amounts donated to each organisation have not been disclosed.
