In particular, among the critics whom the tycoon claims to have cured and who appear in the AI-generated footage are Hollywood stars such as Robert De Niro, Julia Roberts and Whoopi Goldberg, as well as Edward Norton and Rosie O’Donnell. In the video, the deepfake versions of the stars testify that they have been ‘cured’. “I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t sleep, I was constantly angry,” says the deepfake version of De Niro, for example, “I made everyone around me miserable.” “Patients suffering from ‘TDS’ should tune out fake news, pray and, if you ever feel anxious, simply drink a Diet Coke like me, and you’ll see a noticeable difference in your life,” says the ‘fake’ Trump in a white coat in the video.
