Rome, 4 July (LaPresse) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has reported on his social media channels that operations are still underway in Sumy to deal with the aftermath of the Russian air raid that struck civilians in the city centre. “There may still be people trapped under the rubble of a building. Tragically, four fatalities have been confirmed so far, including a child. My condolences go out to their families and loved ones. A further 27 people were injured, including six children. Many have suffered serious injuries,” said the Ukrainian leader, before recalling that on Friday Russia also struck Zaporizhzhia, where a drone attack killed two people and injured six others, including a child.
